از شما ایرانیان با غیرت استدعا میکنم تا همراه شوید. دوازده روز از اعتصاب غذای حسین رونقی ملکی، فعال حقوق بشر، نویسنده وبلاگ بابک خرمدین و از مدیران سایت ایران پروکسی میگذرد، او در زندان یکی از کلیه هایش را بر اثر شکنجه از دست داده و نیاز فوری به مرخصی استعلاجی جهت مداوای اورژانسی و عمل جراحی دارد همانگونه که پزشکان متخصص این مهم را بارها تایید کرده اند، اما بیدادگاه قضایی ج.ا از این ضرورت سر باز میزند و قصد ارتکاب مرگ خاموش این افتخار ایران زمین و زندانی عقیدتی را دارد.

URGENT! DANGEROUSLY ILL IRANIAN BLOGGER AND PRISONER OF CONSCIENCE HOSSEIN MALEKI IS ON HUNGER STRIKE FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT!

Esteemed members of the international community:

I am writing to you with utmost urgency regarding the case of imprisoned Iranian blogger Hossein Ronaghi Maleki, who is gravely ill due to kidney failure, and has gone on hunger strike since 19 may, 2012 to protest the refusal of his tormentors to grant him access to treatment.

According to the radiologists who read Hossein’s latest CT Scan of his kidneys, the left kidney is non-functioning and must be removed.

According to doctors who have studied this CT Scan, Hossein’s right kidney is also not functioning properly and if surgery is not performed immediately, he will lose his right kidney also.

Previously, Hossein Ronaghi had said due to earlier failed Pyeloplasty surgeries he is in need of additional surgery. Delay in surgery will cause him to lose both his kidneys and will result in both kidneys being removed.

His kidneys were damaged by blows received during interrogation sessions which resulted in under going 4 different Pyeloplasty surgeries.

It should be noted that to reduce pain, Hossein is being injected on a daily basis with painkillers and with morphine which has caused him to develop gallstones.

Hossein Ronaghi Maleki, one of the Managing Directors of Iran Proxy, was sentenced to 15 years in prison by the Revolutionary Court. He has been in prison since December of 2009.

Here for your consideration is the desperate plea of Hossein's father, who recently spoke to Voice of America:

"About two months ago, we took Hossein to receive a nuclear CT scan and the results showed that he had lost one of his kidneys. He immediately needed to undergo medical treatment for a kidney transplant. The Iranian Revolutionary Guard prevented him from leaving the prison to receive treatment.

Hossein needs to remain under the supervision of a medical specialist for at least two months in order to determine the results of the operation.

In some cases, the body rejects the transplant kidney after two months and he may need to undergo a second operation to remove the kidney.

Unfortunately, the prison’s authority and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard did not pay attention to his situation and told us that if we allow him to leave prison, he will escape from Iran.

I am declaring that Hussein is a patriot and that he will never leave his country. If he had wanted to escape from Iran, then he would have already done so and would not be a prisoner.

I am asking from the Judiciary, prosecutors, and prison officials to review his file and to prevent unauthorized people from making a decision about his case.

They have kept him in a solitary cell for the duration of thirteen months; it is as a result of this that he lost one of his kidneys. My request is that he be released from prison to receive medical treatment."

THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY CANNOT TURN A BLIND EYE TO THIS FATHER'S PLEA, NOR TO HIS SUFFERING SON'S CRY OF DESPERATION AND AGONY!

Respectfully I must point out that if Hossien Maleki is allowed to die, then the Islamic Republic regime will be guilty of murder--and if the world community stands silently on the sidelines while this happens, we will all be guilty as accomplices.
